We plan to play using backward compatibility with the 2014 PHB; is it possible to install a module containing the 2014 rules? And if so, how do we do it?

We don’t have a module currently for 2014, however if you are OK using the 2024 SRD content, that should work just fine.
The 2024 5e ruleset would work fine for 2014, as well. You can choose to run 2014 rules with it and just ignore the 2024 bits such as Weapon Masteries.
Also, if you own the 2014 content on D&D Beyond, the GM can try this extension to import those versions of the classes into the campaign:
There might be some issues with importing 2014 content but I’m happy to fix those up if you choose to try it and run into any!
Thanks for the reply. But the problem is likely the absence of spells and the bestiary from the 2014 edition. Manually entering every monster or spell from the 2014 edition sounds like a hassle.
Sorry that’s what I meant, with that Extension there if you have them on D&D Beyond it can import content from Beyond to Realm!
I haven’t tested it on all 2014 things but can fix it if there are issues with them.
